About Nancy and Allan Kueny
Nancy
Hayford Kueny is in her 18th year of listing, selling and renting real
estate in Greater Boston. Nancy has solid knowledge of the
Waterfront/North End and Charlestown, as well as the Back Bay, Beacon
Hill and the South End. Nancy specializes in condominium sales,
single family home sales and historic property sales, and has been
involved in the marketing of two large condominium projects, 44 Prince
Street in the North End, and Burroughs Wharf on the Boston Waterfront.
Nancy's attention to detail, commitment to her clients, knowledge of
marketing and the marketplace, and superior listening skills have all
contribute to her success as one of Boston's top brokers. Nancy is
well informed and is constantly apprising herself of the current market.
She has excellent computer and research skills, and a background in
design, which makes her a valuable consultant to both buyers and
sellers. She works diligently to create a unique marketing plan
for each and every seller. For her buyers, she provides detailed
analysis of current data to assist with their purchasing decision.
She is a strong negotiator and a forthright and reassuring communicator.
Nancy is pleased to have many repeat clients who also refer friends and
relatives to her. Prior to Sotheby's, Nancy was a sales associate
at Boston Waterfront Realty and Coldwell Banker. She was a Vice
President at REMAX Waterfront Ltd. Nancy is currently working in
both the Waterfront/North End office and the Charlestown Office, where
she is Associate Director of Sales. Nancy has been a longtime
resident of Charlestown, where she lives with her husband in a Federal
home built in 1806. She has been a longtime supporter of
preservation in Charlestown, and has been both a past president of the
Charlestown Preservation Society and a two term board member. When
not working, Nancy enjoys travel, skiing, boating and tennis.
Allan Kueny is also in his 18th year of real estate. Allan sells real
estate throughout Greater Boston, but his specialty is the marketing of
historic property in Charlestown. He came to real estate following a
successful career in restoration contracting and development, and has
received three Preservation Awards from the Charlestown Preservation
Society. Allan has restored over 25 historic building in Charlestown,
and his knowledge of historic homes is a great asset in marketing
Charlestown property. Allan also founded Designers 3, a contemporary
jewelry manufacturing company that closed in 1978. Allan attended Boston
University majoring in advertising and public relations. Prior to
working at Gibson Waterfront Sotheby's International Realty, Allan
worked for Century 21, Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX. He and partner Nancy
frequently work together as a team, particularly Charlestown. When
not working, Allan also enjoys travel, boating skiing and tennis.
He continues to fine tune their Federal home on the Training Field in
Charlestown.
